Milenio acquires land and develops communities to fit the unique standards of townhomes, BTR properties and master planned developments. Milenio, then “de-risks” the project by completing finished lots to then sell to various residential platforms.

BTR builders and developers benefit by having a strong resource to provide inventory of shovel-ready communities, without the added risks of development. Milenio creates tangible value for them to accelerate growth without the added burden of preparing BTR communities. 

The principal operating partners are pioneers in the BTR sector, and experts in creating communities that are exclusively for rent. Together with strategic value-add, operating partners with extensive experience underwriting real estate investments and managing comprehensive legal solutions for developers and home builders, Milenio is positioned to execute and scale on behalf of its BTR platforms and home builder client partners.
